April-May 2024 customer feedback forums

10 April 2024

Do you want a say on how we prioritise investing in the distribution network over the next five years?

We’re proposing a range of new initiatives including support for network resilience, supporting customers experiencing vulnerability, and a range of sustainability measures and further measures to support net zero emissions.

We’re holding online and in-person engagement sessions in April and May 2024. Register your attendance to hear our proposed solutions, associated costs and benefits, and share your feedback.

Session details

You are invited you to participate in one of the following engagement sessions. You can express an interest in more than one session and we will select one for you. The in-person forum has a longer duration becaue it will allow for participants to provide feedback on a wider range of topics.

If you have access needs for the in-person sessions, please note these in the EOI form. Please note that all attendees also need to participate in online pre-education sessions the week before the session.

Education sessions

In addition to attending a session, participants are required to attend online pre-education sessions in the week leading up to the forums. You will be able to access these at a time that suits you; they will take approximately 45 minutes per day across three days to complete. This will ensure that all participants are informed and understand the topics being discussed at the sessions.

Incentives

Participants will be compensated for their time participating in the pre-education sessions and attendance at the sessions. The in-person forum will offer a higher incentive given the greater time commitment.
